Reply to the rejection email. Write to them that you did not want to deceive the users and that you want to fix the problems. And that you created your application with watchfacestudio and did not add any code manually

When I read that, I’m really afraid to publish a new WF. I also use WFS 1.6.9. Is WFS really the problem? We need help from Samsung to clarify the problem.
I wonder too. I am more concerned about “Your App does not deliver on promises made to the user” though. I am super vigilant about describing what features are on my watch faces the best I can and I spend a lot of time to make very detailed and explicit instructions in my main store listings but mistakes can still be made.So, if the OP is terminated due to something said or not said in their long description, I find this to be totally unfair and should only be something “rejected” to be fixed by the OP.

Well, I’ll stop updating my watch faces for a while, until a statement from Samsung.
Google already caused me enough troubles, I don’t have the energy to deal with them again. @Jakia.Sultana , bring us good news please!
What I don’t understand is why they’re suspending it just because there’s a long description. Only the application submission should have been rejected. I think there’s a major issue with the Google bot or something else here.

Just sharing my case,
My first suspended app on 9 May.
My app was rejected, issue found in Full Description…
I admit this is my problem, because I resubmit too many time in the same date I think.
Each time it rejected with same issue due for Full description, I modify and resubmit for review in the same day. After the 7 times, my app was suspended.
At that time, I try to appeal, but fail.
Today My second app was suspended and account terminated.
This app was pass the review, and release on 28 Jun.
I appeal, fail.
I reply the email again, same result, fail.
For the first app suspended, yes, is my problem, I resubmit too many Times.
But for this second app suspended and account terminated, I still don’t know why… 
Submitting an app more than one time shouldn’t be an issue at all, I resubmitted changes to the same app even dozens of times in a single day during the years and all my accounts are still alive (for now)

There is such a wide swathe between an app containing code that may put the user, their data, or their device at risk AND/OR your app doesn’t deliver on its promises to the user. I am struggling to understand how they are looked upon in the same manner and subsequent account termination follows. This is really scary to me.

Here’s what I found out.
I scanned my companion app’s AAB file for viruses and received this threat result: “Threat name: Trojan/Smsspy!”
After researching online, I found a suggestion to raise the minSDK level. Mine was set to 26. I created a new AAB with minSDK27 and scanned it again, and this time it was clean.
This might be the reason for the account terminations.
It looks like we have some work to do. Are companion apps still necessary, or should we remove them?
