I did it but they rejected my watch faces again.
I did so, too and was rejected. So I do not use heartrate measurement any more.
Did you detail this in the description?
Did you add a indicator in the button with [HR_LAST_MEASURED_TIME]?
Can you include a note to the reviewer in play store like you can in Galaxy Seller Portal?
I’ll check with the WFS team and see if they can communicate to the Play Store on this issue.

I wrote the below detail in the description.
Heart Rate (bpm)
For Heart Rate measures: Please tap to Heart Rate Value or Heartbeat icon on your watch. Heart Rate measurement runs manually. When you tap it, it starts measuring. You must wait until the end of measuring.
*** The watch must be worn on the wrist for Health and Sports data to work
I wish we could find the solution or update Wear OS so things work as they previously did.
And for now inform the Play Store team how to review WFS Created watches.

They accepted my 31 watch faces I made with the same application. I don’t know what happened they rejected last watch faces. how they accepted my watch faces before if the watch face studio has a bug?
Unfortunately, they are not like Samsung. I don’t know how to contact them? They send an email and they say if you want you can appeal.
We met a lot of trouble with Google when uploading a new watch face.
But error like HR, Steps asynchronous between Watch 4 and Test software that Google takes as standard (I don’t know what Google uses to test, it’s completely different from what dev tests on Watch 4).
If Watch 4 uses sheath to measure the heart rate, it is different from the heartbeat of Wear OS, we need a sync here.
If the Google Tester uses Google Fit to compare HR and STEP measurements, it will be different from Sheath.
We need a support from Samsung, work with Google to sync all data.
We have been tired of meaningless denials from Google.
Thanks!
in the last two days, I’ve started getting emails from Ticwatch users. the problem is that their watch doesn’t measure the heart rate. someone came across this? perhaps the problem is not only in the oppo watch when reviewing and testing by google specialists.
I selected only Samsung Devices in the device catalogue and there is also a heart rate problem with them. There is a general problem with all of the devices. We are waiting for the new version of watch face studio.
Did you build or rebuild the watch face with 1.0.3 update? if not then the users are correct. There was a bug with reading the heart rate.
But if the user expects a continuous read out of the heart rate then you should note this in the Description.
The functionality of passing the heart rate measured and managed in each health application to the watch face is not supported by the platform. Instead, Watch Face Studio provides the ability for each watch face to measure the heart rate face directly by the user.
- Use the [HR] or [HR_Z] tag expressions for a text or a property of an image component.
- Make a button component with ‘Action’ > ‘Tap’ > ‘Measure Heartrate’
- When the user clicks the button for ‘Measure Heartrate’, then the device will measure the current heart rate and it will be displayed through the [HR] or [HR_Z] tag expression.
You can set the interval of the heart rate measurement in the main menu > File > Project > Setting > Health.
Additional tags such as [HR_IS_MEASURING] or [HR_LAST_MEASURED_TIME] can be used to provide better usability.
Finally if they are doing an activity they should open the specific activity and use that for heart rate measurement.

The problem with measurement was solved in WFS 1.0.3 release in September. I mistakenly said that heart rate and steps were from Samsung Health app. They are not they only were with GWD created tpk’s that were converted to .aab type.
Ron
I do not use a converter, I am building the watchface from scratch.
whatever you said i do. I have added the value of the heart rate [HR], animation on [HR_IS_MEASURING] that appears only when reading the pulse, and a transparent layer for pressing and reading the pulse.
and automatic reading of the pulse every 10 minutes.
but under all these conditions, they have problems.
program 1.0.3
I don’t think that will work so you will not pass review. I need to do some more investigation with the WFS team but the FAQ says…
The functionality of passing the heart rate measured and managed in each health application to the watch face is not supported by the platform. Instead, Watch Face Studio provides the ability for each watch face to measure the heart rate face directly by the user.

Yes, you said that but they rejected my watch faces I made with WFS 1.0.3. I tried everything you said. I don’t want to take your time anymore because there is no we can do. I am waiting for the new version of WFS if it will come. You did everything you could about the HR problem. Thank you so much for your interest and support.
I have uploaded to Google my watch face 14th time just now
I have already passed the test, but users are having problems

Yes, in addition to the OPPO watch we know, HR does not work in watch device without body-off sensor.
TicWatch also does not seem to have the body-off sensor.
This issue will be resolved in the next version which will be released soon.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
I sent a watch face (created in 1.0.3) with heart rate measurement along with a new description. We’ll see what google says about it?
I think, that they doesn’t read descriptions:(
Thank you so much @sinjae
Will you believe? Google testers approved and released to the store my last watch face with heart rate measurement function.
How do they do it? Or maybe which team does it?
Rewrite the entire description, maybe that’s it? Maybe this is the right rule?
