Help needed: Samsung TV app status "Waiting Launch" after 6 month

My guess is that they launch in in a Batch and not one or two a day.

My application has been bloked in this status (waiting launch) for 6 months.
Samsung support informed me that my application is administratively rejected, and I must contact the CM Mr. TOUMI to unblock this situation.

I have contacted the CM several times by email but no response.

Can you please help me unblock this situation?

They have a team to handle delays. This post was from Apr 2023. Oct 2024 and no change to 2+ month delays in reviewing apps to be deployed. The cost alone to a software development company is absurd to wait twiddling thumbs for someone to do their job.
