try to register Commercial seller account, and get stuck in verify DUNS number. I have a valid DUNS number, and ive confirm with DnB agent that my DUNS representative name is filled up correctly in DUNS.

Welcome to the Samsung Developer forum!
If you are using DUNS, Seller Portal uses the Key Principal from your DUNS profile to fill in the representative’s name field. Therefore, in order to edit the information in this field, you must update the Key Principal in your DUNS account.
Note that If you update information in your DnB profile, it may take 2-5 business days for changes to be made globally across all DnB sites (and up to 2 weeks for international agencies). After waiting 5-10 business days for the changes to be made across all DnB sites, resubmit your DUNS to Seller Portal again.
