Representative Name is blank and non-editable

Hi,

I am currently attempting to Request Commercial Seller Status from Samsung Galaxy Store Seller Portal. However, the representative’s name input field in “Request Commercial Seller Status” page is blank and non-editable but mandatory for submission. Thus, currently I am unable to submit a request to change to commercial seller status.

Regarding the “Representative’s Name” information not available from DUNS, we have emailed to the respective DUNS support for assistance, and they replied us there is no information and field on the “Representative’s Name” (refer the the email screenshot attached). Kindly advise what is the next action.

I am closing this issue now as we had successfully update our account status to Commercial Seller Status after several contacts with Samsung Customer Center.
