Seller Portal uses the Key Principal from your DUNS profile to fill in the representative’s name field. You need to add a Key Principal in your DUNS profile. The Key Principal/Principal Name should be a person’s name, not an email or the name of your business.
If you cannot access your DUNS profile directly, contact the Dun & Bradstreet (DnB) international office in your area. You can find the global customer service centers here: https://www.dnb.com/utility-pages/global-customer-service-centers.html. If you know the agency you need to work with, you may be able to find a link to them here: https://www.dnb.com/duns/google-developers-duns-creation.html.
After you update your profile in DUNS, wait 5-10 business days for the changes to be made across all DnB sites, then resubmit your DUNS to Seller Portal again.
