Hi, Seller Portal uses the Key Principal from your DUNS profile to fill in the representative’s name field. You need to add a Key Principal in your DUNS profile. The Key Principal/Principal Name should be a person’s name, not an email or the name of your business. If you cannot access your DUNS profile directly, contact the Dun & Bradstreet (DnB) international office in your area.
