Maybe you could add an option where we are able to change the “Overlay Blend Mode” for images (like everyone knows from Photoshop). I am not sure this option is even possible, but after i have seen that the “Color” Styles working like the “multiply” blend mode in Photoshop, so maybe this is possible.
See my answer in the other topic. You just need to create your own Fonts folder in the Workspace folder.

Be able have the gyro x and y values act like a button to change images.
For example from x0-10 it shows one images, x11-20 shows another image and so on. Combine this with images from a photo sphere could look really cool for example.
I think you can just use opacity at certain degrees to show and hide images. I’ve seen watches that do that (show gears turning for example) but I haven’t tried it myself.

1st is the option to have an image element within a complication group and when the complication is not active then the image element will hide as well.
2nd the option to hide or display items in group for example, when i press customize and i can have the option to hide them or display them
I’m not sure I understand correctly are you talking about a complication component from the WFS menu or something you created?

You were right, I got it working like you said.
For the first request for example i have a graphic made to for the complication to sit like a button but i want when i select none at complications that graphic to be invisible until i choose a complication again.
The second is more complicated and it could be used to enable or disable graphic elements as a group. For example go from analog preset to digital with one change.
Is it possible to let us re arrange the customization order options on an installed watch face? i might want to have the hands options first and the rest to my desired order.
Hi, is it possible to add request for Gradient color style as well ? As manually create gradient images and use them is quite a work and is not as satisfying. If WFS team allow us to create them from style menu just like adding single color they give option for two colors as well. I have seen Samsung own watch face uses this features it means it’s possible to add.
This came up before (setting color then background then back to color, etc. I have it listed as a request already and was told that this is set by the OS. Hopefully the WFS team can communicate with the Wear OS team.
Ron
WFS is not meant to be an art studio but it has already been added to the request list.
I’ve achieved somethin like this by adding a Style (I use the WFS gradient images to see if it worked) add 3 or 4 of them. Then I add a color Theme and apply that.
The user can then customize using the gradient feel they want and the color. I think you need a grey gradient as the colored one works with come colors and not others.

The problem is that “None” is already a predefined complication. I don’t see how this can be accomplished.

Do you mean in the tool or for the end user to do this?

The end user should be able to do this, another example is to change all the required elements to turn the watch face from dark to a more bright vivid version “white for example” for that the user will need to change the index to to a darker color and many more elements would need to change for example the fonts from white that were previous set for the dark theme to now darker colors to be visible in the new lighter theme. What i want is for the designer/creator of the watch face to be able to have predefined themes or settings for the user to select from. I have also seen this option at few Samsung watch faces.

I believe I understand what you want now and there already is a suggestion for more Designer’s themes other than just colors. That is, background changes, font colors change, font changes, watch hands change all at the same selection… then end users can also go and tailor that selection.
Do I have that right?
Thanks for your patience as I needed to understand clearly.

Yes, this is it!
And also if possible to be able to import/export those setting from other watch faces that we have made so that we will not have to make them every time from scratch.
I have a “template watch face” that I use instead of starting from scratch every time. But then I only test concepts I don’t really design anything.

Hello.
I only want to display text like weather, battery, etc. as a complication, without being moved to another screen when tap the screen.
I’m using a battery complication that covers the entire screen. However, it causes the wrong touch to go to the battery setup screen.
So is it possible to set only the text as a complication without being moved to another screen?
And I want to change the weather icon.
(It might be wrong because I used a translator.)

Create an text box or image with zero opacity that covers the complication and make it have an action Tap but does nothing. That should keep the other complications from being tapped.

Create your own complication using a tag for Battery,
Create a smaller button (image or Text) to open the battery Status at the end of properties
Action
Apply Action
Tap
Open App
Ok the Warning
Set that for Battery Status
Also there are tags for Heart Rate, and Steps
And I want to change the weather icon.
Those are set by the complication and match the current weather. The only thing you can do is mask over it with a different icon but it won’t match the current weather .

Feature request:
Add an option to hide / show / (enable / disable) element in customization menu.
This could really improve customizations in our watch faces.
Possible solution - new WFS option in element (layer) properties called “Make element optional” or something similar.
This option will add new customization option for our layer - slider with two positions (enable / disable). It could also work for layer groups, text, almost everything. It would be amazing to have something like this. I believe it shouldn’t be that hard to implement it for WFS team
1. Element / group ENABLED------------------2. Element / group DISABLED
----------
What do you think ?
