Same here for me. Here everything went well @r.liechty_SDR
How long to get approval from Samsung after submit ?
@Newbie99 in my case it took one business day
If you have a bank instead of PayPal it will take longer to verify that. I think that is what may be the difference.

Hi Ron,Can existing apps please get an extension of 2 weeks before they get suspended for not shifting to commercial seller
Do you know about status of which account without zipcode (Under Standby status)?
It seems that there is still a problem that cannot be approve or pending longer time.
I believe they are changing the stats of postal code from mandatory to optional tomorrow for everyone but USA, Korea and Brazil. They may be waiting for that or it may be you are using a brick and mortar bank instead of PayPal and that takes longer to verify.

Galaxy Store operation will not suddenly suspend the apps and delete the seller account, and that it will be processed after sufficient communication.
So keep track of your email but otherwise do not worry too much about this for now.

I have an update on this. It appears there was still a hiccup with the Vietnam Zip Code and that is why you are still in Standby. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. They are working on it but yesterday was a holiday.

I had my corporate profile approved.
I would like to express my public thanks to Ron (@r.liechty_SDR) , moderator here on the forum.
I really appreciate his promptness and willingness to help us here on the Forum.
If it weren’t for him, maybe we in Brazil wouldn’t be able to overcome this system issue.
Congratulations to you. So only Vietnam team is pending now ~
I’m really sorry about that. I hope this issue is resolved soon for you.
Hi, I thought that a theme seller does not submit DUNS for a private account. But now, my account has been removed the seller commercial status. Could I know what can I do to be a seller commercial with a private account? @r.liechty_SDR
Thank you so much
You should be good to go, All sellers on the store are now commercial sellers they were automatically upgraded if they weren’t already.
As a Private Theme seller you should look something like this
Just don’t request Corporate and you should be fine to go.
Android App developers except for Themes have to be Corporate Commercial Sellers. Theme sellers can still be private sellers and not have to register DUNS. If you ever try to upload a non-Theme Android app then you would need to submit a DUNS information.
If you have only uploaded free and want to upload paid Themes let us know. We can help on that too.

Hi @r.liechty_SDR,
thank you so much for your reply
Yes, I am trying to upload a paid theme but cannot anymore. It requires me to be a Seller Commercial account to be able to upload a paid theme.
My seller status is empty now.
Can you help me with this case?
Thank you so much
hi @r.liechty_SDR,
can you help me know what should I do to upload a paid Theme now?
Thank you so much
I think I see your issue. You never were a commercial seller.
What you need to do is sign-in to your Seller Portal account click on Help upper right side
then select Contact us on the upper left side.
Then select Contact us menu item .
It may ask if you meant samsung.com just close that pop up if your browser shows it.
Fill in as much as relevant and if anything isn’t relevant but required put N/A in it.
Be sure to explain you want to be a commercial seller but it is asking for your DUNS number and cancels it out. Tell them you are only a Themes seller and understand that if you ever want to upload an Android app other than a Theme you understand you will need to be DUNS verified for that.
I do know of one other Theme designer that did this and was allowed to fill in the financial information;
If you have or can get a PayPal account it will make the task of submitting banking information much much easier and faster approval.
I hope this helps and if you hit any snags let me know I can try to intercede on your behalf.

Hey Ron,
when trying to register for the commercial seller, I saw that the company address by default is in the USA, but my company’s address in my duns number is in Bangladesh and I cannot select the country, how can I solve this issue,
Also, can I implement IAP without registering as a corporate commercial seller?
You should ask DUNS questions on the Seller Portal after you sign in click on help then in the upper left click on Contact us then Contact us again. (If a warning comes up asking if you meant Samsung.com close it (you want the seller store not samsung.com.) But I think I can help you.

The country is set by your Samsung account and this happens if you used a VPN or some other way so you are shown as a US IP address. You will probably have to go through your Samsung account and try to rectify it there. It may be quicker to just create a new Samsung Account and Seller account depending on how much content you have in the Galaxy Store.

All Android App sellers must be a corporate account (legal term for a company or business) no matter whether they are free sellers, IAP sellers or Paid sellers. You can be a single owner business but you must be a business. There is no way to waiver this requirement.
Again you should ask the Seller Portal for questions concerning them to be certain
