Score! Thank you! That worked for me as well. I got one through the other day by describing the feature, but another got rejected. Loaded without HR, approved, updated with HR, works.

I keep getting this error lately, did you solve this problem
The app icon must be transparent. The other graphics are not allowed to be. I recommend JPEG for this.
So I was touched by the problem of unreasonable rejection of the watch face in Google Play due to the allegedly incorrect heart rate measurement.
At the same time, my watch face is made in Android Studio and has no problems with measuring the heart rate …
Colleagues, please tell me if I understand correctly that I just need to upload the “new” version of the application and wait for the re-check?
Has anyone filed an application rejection appeal on Google Play?
Normally just upload a newer version and wait again for the review mail. (1-3 days)
In my opinion rejection appeal is not working. You just need to create new release, reupload a new version code and hope miracle from above hit your watch face. But I’m positive that Samsung is working on this issue with play store as @r.liechty_SDR also mentioned.
If you reject the picture in wear-os, then it is enough to change the picture and wait a day.
If rejected by Google then at the release report somewhere you can find SUBMIT FOR REVIEW - RE-. Nothing new needs to be downloaded and written. Unless there are program errors. Have a nice day.
Any solution?
I have an issue with Description (oppo Excluded) but the problem is, it shows incompatible. When I tried another release, it got updated but incompatibility never got resolved.
Rgds,
Niranjan
In my case, it has been more than two weeks after I uploaded an update (with a higher version number) and yet to receive a feedback. Its much faster to just Opt-out, unpublish and release it again.
I HEARD that you have to also remove tic watches from device catalogue
Hey
I removed a lot with 500 Mb RAM but to be honest the one I faced error was never resolved.
I just unpublished it and created new app.
I tried reaching out to Google Support but they had no clue on what I was talking about. They just kept saying add new aab version to review.
The one which failed for bad image was approved when I removed that wrong image.
Thnx
In the meantime out of my 30 releases 10 has been rejected. Of the rejected, two was my silly mistake for overlooking on the Screenshot format, my bad. The rest 8 are due to Heartrate, either count or Subdial.
I though I played it smart, by recycling an approved package to redesign and rebuild with new package name - still its a chance the app will be rejected. Latest was a simple design with "HR_Z "

I have noted updating with higher version is a waste of time. It takes ages or nothing at all. So I rather “opt-out” and unpublish it and release another with new package name. The problem is, my dashboard has too many dead apps
than I cant delete off. -
After having build and tested on the watch. I noticed we have to build it at least 3 times as the package name / keystore alias keep changing randomly. If I don’t take note of this, chances are it will be rejected

To date I have been removing OPPO watches from the device catalogue. Reading from LaZeDudE above, I think I will remove Tic watches as well. Afterall 13,840 Android devices are not supported on GooglePlay and obviously the poor sales, what’s there to loose.
PS. I truly appreciate SDP to have developed WFS, upgraded it and offered it to members free-of-charge and have this forum to discuss workaround issues - THANK YOU. And Thank you to all others for sharing your experience and solutions.
same here, i have been uploading the update of the app with higher no and still no luck i today uploaded 6th package i think it will still not work i guess i have to create new app and try again with my luck hope you all get your app approved.
Simple solution:
Upload once without heartbeat measurement. Wait for Wear OS to be approved. Then upload with heartbeat measurement.
Ready.
Delete the text in the main entry. (herat rate)
Add back after approval.
The same goes for the photos/images, of course. They have to be adjusted accordingly. It’s more work, but fewer problems.

Awesome! Thank you
hit the link manage on the right hand size , then uncheck Opt-in to Wear OS, then check it back again when you solve the problem.
i went and removed hr support all together its a headache google should fix is asap
