Newbie struggling to connect GWS to Galaxy Watch

Hey everyone. I’m sorry, I know this has been asked a few times, but the answers to be honest seem to assume a level of knowledge of development above where I currently am. I spent few hours today creating my first, very simple, watch face. I then ran into the problem a lot of people have trying to connect to my watch to “run on device”. Could someone break down in very simple terms for an idiot (me) what I need to do to get this watch and GWS to acknowledge they each exist? Relevant details …

Can't connect Galaxy Watch Active to Galaxy Watch Studio! Help

Hey everyone. So im trying now the whole day to get a connection between my PC an my watch to install a watchface. I tried every way, so just with WiFi and with my phone in between. Nothing works. I did every step, Debugging, etc. When I search for devices at “Run on Device”, my Watch won’t show up. I think the problem is, that I never got the RSA notification on my watch. I already rebooted my watch, but that hasn’t worked. I hope someone can help me, I’m frustrated.

GWS Not Connecting to Watch

Not used GWS for a couple of weeks until today. I’ve come to update a watchface, however, it won’t find my watch when selecting the normal ‘Run on Device’ option. No settings have changed, the only thing that has changed in the last 2 weeks was an update to my S3 watch. Anyone had similar or know how to resolve this issue? Am connecting via wifi. Thanks

Can't connect to watch Mac Cataline

Just got a new mac, running Catalina. I’m unable to connect to my Gear S3 from GWD. No problem on the old mac (El Capitan) GWD see it right away. Any tricks or suggestion, walk-around to get it to work under Catalina? GWD 1.8.1, got the JDK up to date, firewall approved. thanks Richard.
